“It was my son’s 3rd visit in a week with pneumonia. We have seen 3 separate practitioners for sick appointments. My son is 11 and on the spectrum, being sick is a huge stressor for him, and having multiple appointments is even worse. We saw Mr. Buchanan at 2pm today and at 11pm I am sending this because my son has told me 10 times how much he liked him. Marshall has said repeatedly he listens to me, he made me laugh and didn’t get frustrated or upset when I started to cry about more medication. He understands that it’s harder for me because of my autism and took time to let me relax. So kind!”
