Dr. Kruepke is a great communicator and is so good with my daughter. (Staff name) is a fantastic nurse. She is great at explaining things at a child's level and giving them the opportunity to ask questions, too. Phlebotomist (Staff name) is always so friendly! The front desk staff was quick to greet us and get us back quickly. Check out was also a speedy process, helping us get out the door and off to school on time. Thank you to the staff for taking such great care of our kids! Wooster is lucky to have a place like this.

I was very frustrated with this doctor for the mere fact that my daughter was in (day) and ended up today being seen again to find out that she had pneumonia, but on (day) I was just told she had a common cold. So yes, a little disheartened about the lack of urgency to actually properly treat my child.

Very personable in take nurse, Dr was great and really took the time to look through all the areas and then explain things!
My child usually only wants to be seen by his regular doctor because she knows his background really well and he is really comfortable with her. But he seen Dr Kruepke for this visit and he was really comfortable with her.
