Meet Vida Kaniecki, MD
Dr. Kaniecki is a pediatrician with Akron Children’s Pediatrics. She has been practicing since 1992 and with Akron Children’s since 2019. She earned her medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Mo. She went on to complete a pediatric residency and a medical genetics fellowship at St. Louis Children’s Hospital. Dr. Kaniecki specializes in pediatric and adolescent medicine. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a clinical assistant professor of pediatrics at Northeast Ohio Medical University.

I really like the doctor that took care of my son. She took her time and explained everything to me. She was amazing and I appreciate her for that.

I'm commenting on Dr. Kaniecki. She has been wonderful with my daughter for years. My daughter suffers from a few medical ailments that are a daily constant problem and she's been wonderful to us, very helpful, and has done everything she can and has gone above and beyond to help us. And we're very grateful to have her. We've gone through so many other pediatricians that blew us off or got mad because the school didn't believe my daughter was ill and they didn't want to deal with it. And it was wonderful to find somebody who was there to protect my child. So thank you for that. And all the other staff from the beginning of scheduling to getting in to see Dr. Kaniecki has been wonderful also. Thank you.
