We usually go to the Tallmadge location, but we were able to immediately get in to the Kent/Ranenna location to have a doctor check my (age) yr old son's throat. Dr Thompson easily interacted with my son as if I was not there, yet he included me the whole time. He was very thorough, he listened, and he explained everything in an understandable manner. (Check in/out also went smooth)
As always, you guys are absolutely awesome. My kids love you and honestly, I'm thinking about transferring back to this office because I don't really like where I'm at. I like you guys better. Thank you so much for everything that you do.

Dr. Thompson at the portage branch has been nothing but stellar. He listens intently, speaks very intelligently but also down to earth. Both of my children have been seeing him for a few years now. He quickly diagnosed my son with Lyme disease a few years ago and since it was caught swiftly, there have been no issues since. I can not thank him enough for his hard work and dedication.
