The MA and PA who took care of (Patient) were incredible and so sweet. I'll always bring my child to Akron children's.
Terri was helpful, welcoming and charming. Thank you for informing me the website is misleading as "walk in".
Wonderful.
She was wonderful, engaged and caring !
We've had such great experiences with the providers here! Our son is (age) old and they've always been attentive, kind and available when needed. He ended up not being sick, but they never made us feel like we wasted their time or were an inconvenience! They even went above and beyond to make suggestions on his recent behavior changes!
We have seen this NP before with our other kids and she is always so nice and caring.
I'm very happy with this provider, Nurse Practitioner Terri. She's always very nice, takes her time, and is very thorough with all my children. She's probably the most thorough nurse practitioner that we've dealt with there.
(Patient's) doctor was very respectful and nice and loving and caring. I was very grateful with every meeting that I've had so far. Thank you.
She used phrases like "I'm not sure" "who knows" and "could be". I didn't need a doctor to say those things to me. When I'm asking if the rash on my child's back is a heat rash and your answer is "who knows", that's not appropriate or reassuring. I got the medicine I needed for his diaper rash but the other rashes were pretty much ignored and not even addressed. I won't go to this location again.
She was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring.
