Was very knowledgeable, very kind and down to earth.
In my son's (#) years of life, I've never had a pediatrician who has asked so many questions and done such a thorough exam, asked my son questions, and seemed to care so much about his health and will absolutely be asking if I can make this provider his primary physician because I love her and my son loved her as well. And I am truly grateful that we were able to get an appointment with her and finally find a doctor who really cares. Thank you so much.

She was very sweet and generous. (Staff name) is my childrens main provider, but Zeirden is definitely our go to if (Staff name) is out
Mrs. Z was very professional, kind and accommodating. She took a great deal of time to listen to our questions as well as give thorough feedback. My son was very talkative and had lots of questions and comments (some unrelated to the office visit- lol) and she took time to listen, engage and respond. The front desk was very nice and helpful. They not only got my original appointment rescheduled for their office (like I had asked) but they were able to squeeze me in within 30 mins of calling! My wait time was not very long. My first experience there years ago wasn't like this at all, and that is why I had chosen to look elsewhere. I decided to give it another chance after I've received other great feedback- and to my surprise it looked like an entirely different front desk as well as staff. They were al Soo kind and caring and happy! Thank you for making this experience better and more helpful than the last/first time I had went.
This doctor was new to us, so this was our first time seeing her. I would completely recommend her to anyone who needed a pediatrician. She was very pleasant, she listened, very caring, and my daughter was very comfortable talking to her for her wellness checkup. Thank you.

Dr Zierden, was hands down one of the best doctors I have came across in a very long time. I am new to the area and she made me feel so comfortable. She listened to all my concerns and took her time with me, I didn't feel rushed. With the complex needs my children have she guided me in the right direction. It's an honor saying she is my kids Pediatrician. I highly recommend her.
