Meet Susan Myers, MD, FAAP
Dr. Myers joined Akron Children’s Pediatrics, Lisbon in June 2023. She earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo University, Toledo, Ohio, and completed her pediatric residency at Akron Children’s. She’s certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and practiced at Nazarene General Hospital, Church of the Nazarene, Kudjip, Papua New Guinea from 2000-2022.

Dr. Myers is absolutely wonderful!! She goes above and beyond for her patients. So wonderful to know that there are doctors out there like this!! Definitely need a lot more like her! God Bless her!!!
Always professional yet down to earth. Very caring. Really listens to child and adult
Time is definitely important to all of us. The doctor was running over an hour behind. This was very difficult when I had timely plans after the appointment. Thank goodness the assistant let her know I needed to leave by a certain time bc I'm not sure how much longer it would have taken. To see others that came after me leave a Half hour before was irritating.
Dr myers is very thorough and patient
Dr. Myers is the best children's doctor we've ever seen. She takes her time and is so thorough. She also listens and answers all our questions. My child loves her! The nurse was amazing while giving my child a vaccine and drawing blood for lab testing.
Dr. Myers listens to our concerns every time we see her. She's always kind and takes her time with us. We truly appreciate her.
Dr. Myers had a great bedside manner, was very good with my child, and I trusted her completely.
Well, three hours after my daughter was there to see that doctor, Dr. Susan Myers, her temperature was 105.1 after the doctor told her that the only thing she could do was take over the counter medications. And she also asked her a question about her tonsils, which my daughter has had her tonsils removed. I kind of feel like she should have noticed this whenever she assessed her or looked at her chart. That's all. Thank you.
She took her time during our appointment and was very thorough. I felt heard and my son was comfortable.
