Today's visit was exceptional. Both the Nurse and S Marszal listened to our concerns and difficulties. Made recommendations as needed. Explained and confirmed things in a clear manner. My son &I appreciated todays visit.
I love the entire endocrinology team there!! They have been absolutely amazing. I am so grateful that my daughter is receiving care there! Thank you!
Always a professional and makes our visit a lot smoother she wonderful with (Patient)
Every one was helpful today thank you
Our NP Stephanie is The Best!! We always look forward to (Patient's) check up. She is like family to us! The last 2 visits we have had (Staff name) who is also Amaxing! (Patient) gets Awesome diabetic care at Akron Childrens!
It was difficult to determine when Stephanie Marszal was talking to us and when she was talking to herself. She kept speaking/muttering while looking at the computer but it wasn't directed at anyone and appeared to be talking to herself, but then she would switch (apparently) to talking to us without changing her volume or tone. It also felt weird to have her not really engaging with us during the visit.
Never feel rushed. Always feel heard and understood. Kind. Professional. Helpful.
Excellent care. Answered all of our questions. Couldn't be more pleased.
Very helpful
The doctor was very professional.
