They were very nice and understanding
When I brought my daughter in for her appointment, the school had given me a note that my daughter needed 2 vaccines and I presented it to Dr. Generalovich. And she looked in my daughter's files and realize that we gave her those vaccines the last year. I really appreciated that she double checked that and that we didn't double vaccinate my daughter. Dr. Generalovich is very thorough and kind and knows how to talk sweetly to children and my daughter thinks she is a great doctor and trust her. We will recommend her to anyone we know.
Yes, Dr. G has always been a terrific doctor, overall great person. I would definitely recommend Dr. G to anyone that has a child under the age for pediatrics. I love her. My child is okay with her, comfortable. Thank you. That's all I have to say. Thank you.
Everyone from the secretary to the nurse, the nurse was so wonderful and compassionate and Dr. G was wonderful and compassionate and explained things to me from my son's care. Akron Children's is, I usually have really good experiences and I just appreciate what you guys do for my kids. Thank you.

Very thorough and attentive to my questions/needs
My daughter's caretaker today, she was, oh not today, I'm sorry, I'm so nervous. The lady who took care of her was wonderful, professional, friendly, listened to us. They're generally nice at Akron Children's. I'm really thankful that there's a place for kids, so, because growing up we didn't have that, so I just think it was nice and she was nice and everybody's nice.
Dr. G is an awesome doctor and person! She takes her time with your child and answers any questions we may have.
She was very knowledgeable and respectful of my wants and needs for my son. I really appreciate how she took the time out to listen and understand and help me understand everything that I needed to know about my son.
We always have an excellent experience with Dr. Generalovich and everyone in the office. They were able to get me in right away for an unexpected illness and saved us a trip to the ER. She followed up on MyChart with more information and to check up on (Patient).
