We are loving everyone the kids have seen through Akron children's. It's refreshing compared with the limited marietta memorial doctors here. All doctors or np have been competent, not pushy, not condescending, and given plenty of time. Please don't overwork them and burn them out so they stick around.

The LPN who took care of is was amazing. She was so friendly and fun and made my son feel very comfortable since it was his first time there. Stacey the NP was amazing. She actively listened to me and answered all questions. I felt very heard by her and that is something that is extremely important to me. This practice is amazing.

Provider was quick to get my son in the day he needed to be seen. She kept up with portal messages as well which i thought was very nice. I still don't believe in the phone system Akron Children's uses as it does not give you to a human at the Marietta office unless you know how to get through. They need to have a direct line in.

The NP Stacey was very nice and attentive to my son. Listen to everything I had to say and what has worked and not worked. Awesome NP!!!
