Meet Selena Magalotti, MD
Dr. Magalotti joined Akron Children’s behavioral health division in January 2023. Prior to that, she was a staff psychiatrist at Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare. She earned her medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, Ohio. She completed a general adult psychiatry residency at the University of Toledo and fellowships in forensic psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center/Case Western Reserve University in Ohio. She’s certified in psychiatry, forensic psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
