I felt rushed.
The nurses and doctor made sure myself and my granddaughter understood what was going to happen and why.
Dr Boulanger was professional and courteous. He was extremely patient and made both my daughter and I feel comfortable and safe. He answered all our questions and made sure if we had anymore in the future that we had his contact information.
Just wanted courteous responses ,some one to listen, and sensible suggestions and I got all that day.
Dr. Boulanger, (staff names) went above and beyond to treat (Patient). I am so grateful for their careful attention to detail and tender care. It meant the world to my (age) year old and me. Thank you!
