My son is a little overweight and she was so nice in the way she was trying to talk to him about it. She would say, I really like it when kids are active for at least 1 hour a day. I'm sure you have no problem doing that with the nice weather. It was very genuine and didn't make him feel more self conscience than he already is.
My daughter's immediate illness was addressed but I was told there was not enough time to discuss other medical concerns we had and I would have to schedule another appointment. This is the first time in this practice where I felt like our concerns were not addressed. I've never before felt like there wasn't enough time to address all our concerns, even when we were in for a sick visit. If this is an office policy, it should be changed.
The nurse, I think her name is (staff name), is wonderful! She has done vaccinations for both my young toddlers and she is the most calm, caring, and compassionate nurse. She is also quick and efficient too. Always a pleasure when she is our nurse!
As always, everyone here is wonderful to visit and is so good with my baby girl. Thank you!
