I cannot even begin to express how amazing this team is! Akron Children's is so fortunate to have them here for all the kids and families that are struggling with such serious medical issues. Thank you!
I don't think I've ever had an appointment with a doctor that I felt more understood. Even though it was my son's first appointment with this doctor, I felt she did an excellent job at setting him at ease and taking the time needed to interact with him as well as listen to my concerns.
My doctor was very understanding of me. She took a lot of the weight of chronic pain off of me by helping me find different resources to not solve my pain but definitely ease it a little bit. She was very, very friendly. She had a wonderful bedside manner. And I don't know, she was just very down to earth. I could tell that she was a real person instead of just a professional. And I very much appreciated that. So yeah.
I appreciate how they really listened to me about my child. They clearly care about kids!
Our visit was amazing! It worked exactly as it should. I told a social worker one thing, nutrition a different thing, and the doctor connected the dots, saw that the two were related and had a solution for our problem. Thank you!! Truly amazing, gifted staff!
Absolutely the most amazing staff I've ever had the pleasure of working with for my daughters care. Almost always available, get back to me right away and multiple times a day at that! Very good at communicating. My child's care is a priority and they show it! I wish all my daughters care teams were like them!
Dr. Friebert has been amazing throughout our care with our daughter. She attended her birth, stayed after she was born and was back a few hours later to check on her, and several times throughout our stay. Her bed side manner is outstanding, she made my husband and I feel confident in providing care for our daughter when we brought her home, and I felt like I could reach out to her at anytime. While our daughters life-limiting diagnosis is devastating to us as parents, we truly couldn't ask for better care than what we've received from Dr. Friebert and her team.
Dr. Friebert was present when my daughter (Patient) passed away and assisted with whatever needed done along with (staff name) and I couldn't ask for seems to have gone more peacefully. (Patient) passed away very comfortably which we needed, and I appreciate that. Thank you.
