They're very ongoing.
They weren't the friendliest. Almost made me feel like it was stupid to bring my son in. She also yawned, and then told me she was tired? We are all tired.
Very in touch, very in tune with my baby, giving him attention, focusing on him, very friendly with my husband and I, and just a very sweet lady.

Hello, I don't have, the provider was fine. She was very nice and everything. My one complaint was though, I made the appointment, my son had an abrasion on his toe that was pus filled. I made the appointment, I went to there and she said that with her being a nurse practitioner, she couldn't drain the pus out of the injury site. That an MD can do that or if I wanted to, I could take him to the emergency room. So I was just a little bit upset. She did call in an antibiotic or cream, she explained everything to me, she was very thorough, she took a picture, everything like that. But I feel that if you're having providers there that are supposed to provide the same service, if you can't get into your regular doctor, that how are you supposed to know because it was a complete wasted trip. So I was a little angry about that and that's all. I mean nothing against the provider, I mean it was out of her scope of practice.
Sara is a very through provider. She listens to concerns, and does a thorough examination. I would highly recommend her!
