Dr. Woods went above and beyond to help my son and he really listened and took his time to find out what was really wrong with him. We really appreciate all that Dr. Woods does for our family.
They went above and beyond our simple wellness check. We covered some very serious, serious situations that I'm dealing with currently with my child. This doctor went above and beyond, Dr. Woods did, and his therapist and counseling person also went above and beyond and made sure that my daughter was seen that day, then referred us out for another medical concern that we're facing. They were impeccable, absolutely wonderful, and we are grateful to be now with Dr. Woods. He's amazing and I would recommend him to any parent, absolutely indeed.
My son loves Dr. Woods. Dr. Woods is very good with him. (Patient) has (redacted), and a bunch of other medical issues. And Dr. Woods is really good. (Patient) used to hate to come to the doctor, but now he likes it once I tell him he's going to see Dr. Woods.
We didn't even have an appointment we walked in my son was sick and i told them the symptoms he was having they were super fast on getting us in there to be seen even though they had a full schedule I was very thankful thank you so much Akron Children's
Dr. Woods is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, friendly, & kind! he tells you how to care for your child & gives you tips on things without talking down to you & fully explains everything!
First time my son went to this facility. We usually visit the one in Greene and I am so impressed with the facility and the staff. They were all very pleasant and professional definitely will be back for My Son's illnesses or treatment.
Dr. Woods was very accommodating. He also brought my kids some goldfish snacks and Gatorade and was very kind and gentle with them and took very well care of my kids. And also the front desk staff is always very kind and helpful with whatever paperwork I need and accommodating to future appointments to be made. So I'm on top of my scheduling because I have two kids, but I would recommend Akron Children's and Mass One to any of my friends and I actually do.
The entire staff is amazing. Dr. Woods made sure our son was cared for and made sure to tell him everything he was doing.
My son's doctor; Dr. Woods seems to be a really amazing doctor. My (age) old has only seen him twice now, but the two visits I've had with him have went very well. He seems to be very intelligent and down to earth. I feel comfortable asking him any questions I have without judgement.
Listened to all of my concerns and answered any questions I had about my daughter.
