The doctor and the secretary working the front desk were so friendly!
Dr. Albert in the ENT department is amazing! He is always professional, friendly, and very informative!
At the time my daughter was sick with ear infections so the appointment took me months to get into and then her ears were cleared up so I think the appointments should be a better system so people don't have to wait three or four months just to get in to see the Ear Doctor
All staff and both doctors that saw my son were amazing. If we ever need an ENT again, I will for sure come back here.
Dr. Albert was very helpful in answering questions. (Staff name), the surgery coordinator, was wonderful in helping us get his appointment. And the nurse, I'm not sure if it was (staff name) or the other nurse, was very helpful in answering all questions and very reassuring. Love the staff. Thank you.
All good
To be fair, we were late and he may have felt rushed. I would have preferred being told to wait or reschedule. As it is, I felt like he barely looked at my child. He rushed through his questions, asked more while I was still trying to give answers, and didn't give me time to tell him all the things I was worried about. I came in because I don't know what kinds of things could cause the problems my kid is having, and we're not seeing results looking at allergies alone. I felt like he immediately ruled out anything other than allergies (even though I still don't know what all the other options could be) and was ordering one test as a formality. I had to stop him in the hall and ask another question and he came back in. I was looking for someone to help explain the process and options because I don't fully understand the ENT field, and I felt very dismissed.
Overall very fest and straight forward. Good experience.
I appreciated how direct and efficient the Dr was. Well done, thank you!
Short minimal answers to questions. It felt like he had somewhere else to be.
