Thank you to the doctor for contacting me back so quickly after the test results came in. I was alarmed to see so many "abnormal" flags and was so thankful when you called and put my mind at ease. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. I'm very thankful to have access to such a high quality children's hospital.
child is always treated w/ respect and all aspects of concerns taken into consideration.
Dr. Heksch and the nurses are amazing!!
Dr. Heksch has been treating my daughter for the last five years and we have come a long way from where she started and we are very happy with how he has been treating her through these last five years and caring for her medical needs. After the ablation, her levels are where they should go, so everything has been successful. So we are very happy and we definitely would recommend him to anybody that has endocrinology issues. Thank you very much for providing families with such great care.
The doctor actually cares about my son (Patient's) health and well being. He's always going above and beyond to find solutions to my sons issues. I'm very grateful to him.
We love Dr. Heksch and the staff at Akron Children's!
Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable!!!
I never had a bad doctor here yet.
There's no team like this one
Dr. Heksch is phenomenal. We originally met him when he was at Nationwide Children's in Columbus and followed him to Akron. It is nice that he has clinic hours in Mansfield but we would happily drive to Akron or anywhere else to see him. He is excellent. He takes his time, listens, is wonderful with all of our questions and most importantly with our son!
