I felt like this provider didn't really look at her history or ask questions, but was rather going through the checklist of things to answer and did not really take into account either the patient's story or her parents.

Mrs. Brian is excellent with my daughter. She takes her time with her even when my daughter's aggravated or she's really sick and just overall is amazing with my daughter and I love her for that and I gave her and recommend her 10 stars all day long. My daughter only sees her or her primary care physician that's it.

She made me feel ridiculous for bringing my daughter in and asking for an x ray to rule out pneumonia. I will not go back to her at all.

Robin was very rude and abrasive. She came into our appointment with her mind made up regarding nothing being wrong with my child. I had a completely different opinion from two other healthcare professionals and have since gotten the problem resolved. She totally negated all concerns that we had and made us feel invalidated and frustrated. When we asked questions that went against her "opinion" it was as though she was looking for a confrontation to tell us how many more kids she has seen than we have (her words). I will never take any of my children back to her.

She was super kind to our toddler and took time to help her feel comfortable. She seemed very knowledgeable in the things we asked about and offered reassurance to us as parents. I wouldn't hesitate to see her again
