Robin Brian, PhD, APRN-CNP

Robin was very rude and abrasive. She came into our appointment with her mind made up regarding nothing being wrong with my child. I had a completely different opinion from two other healthcare professionals and have since gotten the problem resolved. She totally negated all concerns that we had and made us feel invalidated and frustrated. When we asked questions that went against her "opinion" it was as though she was looking for a confrontation to tell us how many more kids she has seen than we have (her words). I will never take any of my children back to her.

She was super kind to our toddler and took time to help her feel comfortable. She seemed very knowledgeable in the things we asked about and offered reassurance to us as parents. I wouldn't hesitate to see her again

Nurse Practitioner Robin Brian is by far, the most wonderful medical provider we have ever encountered. I do like my kids PCP's , however Robin is always who we prefer to see. She engages my children in such a positive and inclusive way, and always checks to see how their health/illness is affecting me and our entire family. I recommend her to everyone! She is truly an asset to this practice, and such a blessing to me and my children.

Robin Brian is fantastic! We love her. She always gets us in and out quickly. She is very kind and you can tell she really cares. She is very thorough and I never have questions when I leave there. The kids love her too! Can't say enough about her.

Robin has a horrible bedside manner. This is not the first time I felt like she cut me off while I was talking and didn't listen to my concerns. She had a judgmental tone and demeanor. I came to her for help with my child and left there feeling judged and not heard. I will not see this provider in the future. She has no idea what someone is going through and I am so concerned about my children it has started to take a toll on my well being. I don't need someone to make me feel worse than I already do.

NP was willing to double booked herself so I could see her at the north canton office instead of having to drive to the office at perry.
