We understand that from time to time things pop up and appointments don't occur in a timely manner but we arrived at 10:10 and checked in and then waited around until almost 11am for the appointment. 45 minutes is a long time to wait. Can we try to do better with starting on time for appointments?

She's very polite and patient. She does seem to listen, to my child and myself. She works well with you and conducts herself very professionally.

The appointment was with my daughter and I had to go back to work. My daughter likes her and would like to do another session virtually. Hopefully I can be there for the whole appointment next time.

The providers are really good at helping people. And showing them what to do and everything. Just an excellent job overall.
