The nurse practitioner, Rachel, she's extremely caring. She was very thorough when examining my son, (Patient). I felt that she took everything very seriously and explained everything that she needed me to know very well. And she even reached out the next day to see how he was doing, which isn't something that's very common and it was much appreciated. She's done a great job in caring for my son, (Patient).
