Hi, yeah, this is (Patient's) mom. I think you all are fantastic and I don't have any complaints about anybody at all. Everybody is just so nice and very helpful and they have taken really good care of (Patient) and we are very, very pleased. We feel like we're at home when we come there. It's just a very friendly atmosphere and you guys are awesome. And they even let (Patient) have his dog in the room which, oh my gosh, that was just awesome. Being there for two weeks and having your dog in there. (INAUDIBLE) he really missed you. So, okay, thank you. Bye.
Dr. Bodas (and every other staff member in his office) was an absolute godsend. He made himself available at the very last minute, with no advance notice or planning (for both an in-person visit and for after-hours phone calls) to help our family work through a roadblock that was holding up a surgery for our child. He was kind, compassionate, generous with his time, thorough in his explanations, communicative, easy to understand, and unbelievably helpful. I have never experienced a healthcare provider being so willing to accommodate a patient like this. I wasn't happy about the reason WHY the hospital sent us to Dr. Bodas, but it was an excellent visit from a patient care standpoint. I would recommend ACH Hematology to any parent without hesitation.
It's frustrating to be referred to a hematology oncology department out of the blue as it is and then to walk out of the office without any answers and just repeat blood work of the same test that has been the same for the past three years. It's very frustrating. I have no answers for my child's health yet and I wasn't okay with that.
We actually arrived early and we got in early too which was nice and the doctor was able to spend more time talking to us why my son had to have further testing. The doctor was very thorough and was able to get our test results back and talk with us more about it. He definitely brought us relief and good news.
Thank you for your assistance
Dr. Bodas was the physician provider for my grandson. He was extremely kind and very pleasant and we appreciated it very much. We are very happy with everybody in the hospital including the volunteers. They're very very helpful and smiling and we were very impressed. We love the place. Thank you. Bye.
Dr. Bodas is absolutely wonderful. He expressed concern for my son and my son was confident he understood his problem.
Very nice and funny
