Dr Ho and her resident (Staff name) were wonderful! So compassionate and caring towards my sick daughter! Will not hesitate to return and see either of them!!! Thank you!
My son was very upset for the duration of his entire appointment, and Dr. Ho did her best to calm him down. However, there were times that it felt like she was more focused on that than actually diagnosing the problem. Given that he didn't cough at all when we were in the office, we received a (likely) diagnosis of croup for the second time in a month. Instead of discussing what we could to do hopefully prevent this from happening again so quickly, she mentioned a possible referral to an ENT to ensure that nothing else is wrong. While I don't disagree with her advice, she suggested doing so if this happens again within a year. My son just started at an in-home day care in early November, and his immune system is adjusting to a lot of germs right now. Given that Dr. Ho is not his primary care pediatrician, I would have rather her been more focused on why we were there than a possible future problem that I would want to discuss with his regular provider.
We love seeing Dr. Ho! We always feel listened to and heard. She goes above and beyond for her patients and families!
