Dr. K is very welcoming. He makes the kids feel comfortable and explains what and how he is going to do things. Puts the kids at ease.
Lack of transparency when there are long wait times, work and school were missed due to a long wait time and this was not communicated, instruments needed for the procedure weren't even in the office-this appointment was made over a month ago, long wait times is the norm not the exception
Dr. Kochenour and his team are simply outstanding. We're so grateful for the care that Dr. Kochenour provides our family and could not recommend him highly enough. We would gladly send anybody with orthodontic issues that are complex Dr. Kochenour as he always takes the time needed to explain and his clinical skills just wonderful.
