The office staff could speak more audibly through the window when checking in or out. Families can produce background noise. Some patients are more mature than others and appreciate if the nurses/doctors can address them as well as the parent. Thank you for all your help in surviving and learning this journey.
Dr. Uli hears. He explains and his detail ensures you and the child know what is happening and why. He is knowledgeable, kind, respectful and caring. I have recommended him to several friends.
They were amazing with helping get everything worked out and explainning what the next steps are.
Very thorough and listened well to all concerns.
Everyone from the front desk to check out are very nice. They all do a great job with my non verbal son.
This is some of the best specialist care I have received for myself or my son - and we have had lots. So happy to have my son under the care of Dr Uli.
Wonder kind so much detail!
When called to make appointment they lost referral had to wait over a week and then I had to call back they did not call me to schedule appointment
Hi, my name is (Family name). My daughter, (Patient), had to be seen after we found a gene missing. The provider was truly amazing with kind of walking me through the steps, what would be necessary in the future, what we were going to be looking at. Was very, very, very knowledgeable. Definitely put me at ease and it just made it a very good experience. Very understandable, very like making sure that I understood and I knew what we were doing moving forward and even for my own care due to the genetic factor. Can't say enough great things. I did mess up on the thing and I hit the wrong button, but truly an amazing experience.
