The office staff could speak more audibly through the window when checking in or out. Families can produce background noise. Some patients are more mature than others and appreciate if the nurses/doctors can address them as well as the parent. Thank you for all your help in surviving and learning this journey.

Dr. Uli hears. He explains and his detail ensures you and the child know what is happening and why. He is knowledgeable, kind, respectful and caring. I have recommended him to several friends.

Hi, my name is (Family name). My daughter, (Patient), had to be seen after we found a gene missing. The provider was truly amazing with kind of walking me through the steps, what would be necessary in the future, what we were going to be looking at. Was very, very, very knowledgeable. Definitely put me at ease and it just made it a very good experience. Very understandable, very like making sure that I understood and I knew what we were doing moving forward and even for my own care due to the genetic factor. Can't say enough great things. I did mess up on the thing and I hit the wrong button, but truly an amazing experience.
