We love Dr. Hanna and her entire staff. I won't go anywhere but the Main Campus Vision Center for eye care.
Dr Hanna explained things well and she figured out something about my child 2 other doctors had missed. Appreciated the time she spent talking with us
Dr. Hanna was very patient with my rambunctious (age) year old. She took her time and explained things to us
This isn't necessarily about the provider or any of the nurses or anything. It was more in regards to the receptionist at the front counter. She was not very friendly when we tried to check in early. And she was like, well, we don't start our afternoon at 12:30. And we were there like at 12:15 or 12:20. So I just feel like she was kind of rude to us and I wanted to share that and I think that's a good point.
The staff was very nice and helpful in explaining what the visit was going to be like, I had never seen a baby eye exam before and then the doctor also explained more in detail and they made me feel very at ease about the procedure.
Dr Hanna has been wonderful with my child. My little girl loves going to her eye appts. All staff is always friendly and helpful! I have recommended her to many friends and family who need a child eye doctor.
Dr. Hanna is brilliant! Our son adores her and she is always thorough when explaining diagnoses and treatments.
We love Dr. Hanna! She has been taking care of our daughters for years and she does a fantastic job. She is extremely friendly and wonderful with the kids!
Waited for the doctor for half an hour. The doctor only came into the office for 5 minutes and never bothered to make a guess about what my son could have. She told us to get my son's eyes dilated and left. She also never told me the score of my son's vision. Never had this type of experience with a doctor. I spent one hour for nothing.
Everyone was great! Thank you!
