She was an absolutely amazing doctor. She answered all of our questions and most importantly made our child feel comfortable for the very first ever, we for the first time ever feel excited and hopeful for what is to come!
Yes, we met with Dr. Pfeffer. She was very professional, made my kids feel very relaxed and was knowledgeable. And actually I asked to make her the doctor, the primary care doctor for both of my boys at our visit.
my son doesn't normally see dr. pfeffer but she was great with him. the nurse and lady being trained were also awesome
She listened to what needed to be done and really took the time to help and help me understand what needed to be done. I felt like she cared more than any other provider and it made me feel heard as a mom.
the md was very thorough in her neuro exam, and took the time to sit and talk with me through all of my concerns. She listened to everything we had to say and was patient with my daughter who loves to goof off (as kids do) and even joined in which helped with my daughter being slightly more cooperative.

Dr. Pfeffer was amazing! She really checked over my son and put me at ease. I'm excited to have a provider who has specific training in breastfeeding while caring for a newborn. She was efficient and hardly had any wait time. I did not feel rushed at all. Highly recommend Dr. Pfeffer! Also want to give a shout out to (Staff name) the MA who gave shots. She was so quick! And she was so good to my toddler who was very busy during the visit. I was so appreciative to have her! The secretaries were also all so welcoming and helpful. I even got my mychart set up by the time I left the appointment! Austintown is an amazing office to take your children for their care.
