This doctor listened to not alone my son's needs but my ex-husband and myself. And living in two different households, he made sure he heard and understood and validated what we thought we or how we felt what was going on in both homes. So I really appreciated that because it's hard when you're, you know, raising a child in two different homes.
Dr. Redovian is an excellent psychiatrist. He is kind and intelligent.
So the provider was fine. Our issue when we went was we had an appointment at 1030, we checked in at 1010, they took his vitals at 1030, and then we sat there for another two hours. And I had to ask someone at the front desk, like, why haven't we been called back again? Well, it turns out something about how the doctor that he was supposed to see called off sick and they still checked him in or no one ever told the provider, you know, and so we like literally spent all day there. Now they did move things around and we finally did see someone and I was very happy with the provider that we did see. So we'll see how this goes further scheduling from here. But I was very, very upset because I had to miss literally an entire day of work where I thought I was only going to miss, you know, an hour or so.
Extremely knowledgable, patient and efficient when I need papers filled out or questions answered. We are very happy.
Yes, I am happy with all the staff except for the doctor. I feel like he doesn't listen to what I'm saying. I bring up some of the same issues at every appointment and it's always the same answer and for my child I need something better than what I'm getting from him and I'm thinking about switching providers after this last visit.
