We LOVE LOVE LOVE Melissa!! She is the best provider we have EVER had regarding (Patient's) epilepsy. She is always there for us and answers my messages promptly. She truly cares about my son and his well being. Last year we needed to change (Patient's) medication bc he was having a lot of brain fog and issues concentrating at school. Melissa suggested (redacted) and boy was she right! He is doing amazingly, has almost straight A's and is happier than ever. All of this is because Melissa is such a wonderful provider and is incredibly smart, she knows her job and does it well. We are insanely lucky to have her in our corner. She has helped me understand my son's epilepsy better than ever before which has helped me be a better Mom and advocate for my son. I am incredibly grateful to Melissa for all the wonderful care she has given my son and the support she gives me as his mother. I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about her,

Melissa was amazing! She took her time while listening to my concerns about my child. She offered support for further evaluation. Fully discussed treatment plan and what to expect moving forward. It was a great experience and feel I made the right decision choosing Akron Children's for my child's care.

The visit was overall really, really well. I just wish that their like checkout and checking in staff would have like an attitude adjustment because it's hard enough to bring your child into a doctor not knowing like what's going to happen and they have an attitude that you show up and are requesting appointments.
