I thought she was very thorough. And took the time to explain to us some different things that could be happening. My daughter's been sick since September so I was happy with that
She was really helpful, helped me with my daughter's vapor rash, and she really explained a lot. So, very good provider and she was very professional.
We seen a physician assistant Melissa Dinardo. She was compassionate, caring, respectful and very easy to talk too. She was very thorough with instructions and made me and my family at ease with what to do.
Very thorough, competent, and kind!
very nice and understanding
Melissa, the nurse practitioner or physician assistant, I'm not sure, but she was amazing. She went above and beyond and I would definitely use her again. Thank you.
Very thorough.
Melissa was beyond helpful and gave us so much information on how to get my son feeling better. She talked to my son also and made sure he understood everything that was going on. Thank you!
She listened to my concerns and was very engaging with my child.
She was very thorough and even talked about external resources to help my household. My only issue was having to drive to ACH Boardman in order for my son to receive bloodwork. I understand that isn't her fault and is something that should be addressed within the location itself. Not to mention, when I got there the lab explained that my son was supposed to fast for at least 8 hours. Nobody at the Campbell office told me this.
