I have had the BEST experience this far, from the women at the desk to the nurse checking us in, to the Dr/nurse practitioner, every person in the halls, has been pleasant, engaging, helpful and most importantly kind. (Staff name) at the schedule office is a true gem, and went out of her way for my child. I cannot thank the entire staff enough.
I always feel like every time I come in that they're in a very big hurry to get out of there. So usually when I come out to the front, there's like nobody there to cash me out and like get me to leave. No real information about what's going on. And they always forget to call in medications when I leave every single time. Super annoying. And sometimes I sit there and I get checked in and I wait and wait and wait. And it's like there's no communication. Thank you.

Melissa was amazing today, one of the best Providers my daughter has seen. She listened to my daughter and myself, she explained everything, talked to us like normal humans and not just like another patient. I left the appointment and told my daughter and husband how awesome I thought she was!
The provider was great but waiting for almost an hour was horrible
The Doctor was beyond kind to my Little Man (Patient)!!!! She is an Outstanding Doctor and she treated so kind and helped him loos his fear of a Doctor !!! Her staff that worked with (Patient) also was Amazing with him !!!! The Luv and Kindness was Outstanding !!!! It almost made me cry that they Both took the extra time to work with (Patient) and show him that he didn't have to be afraid. Even showing him that they would take such Outstanding care for His Pumpkin Head doll !!!!! I must say that Akron Children's Hospital is #1 !!!! Everyone that (Patient) has ever had as a Doctor, nurse or even his Counselors for eating are by Far All the Greatest !!!! (Patient) receives the Greatest Care at Akron Children's Hospital !!!!! Thank Each and Everyone of You for the Greatest Care on this Great Earth !!!!! God Bless Ya'll Always !!!!! Thanks for such Outstanding service and Care !!!!!!!
