They were very good with my (age) year old son, who is quite shy.
I was not aware I would be seeing a nurse practitioner that would recommend surgery without seeing the ENT.
She was quick and efficient. Very nice. Told my son (because he is (age) now) that he needs to manage his care of his ears now and not his mom anymore. His mom is grateful for this! Thank you!

I have had the BEST experience this far, from the women at the desk to the nurse checking us in, to the Dr/nurse practitioner, every person in the halls, has been pleasant, engaging, helpful and most importantly kind. (Staff name) at the schedule office is a true gem, and went out of her way for my child. I cannot thank the entire staff enough.
I always feel like every time I come in that they're in a very big hurry to get out of there. So usually when I come out to the front, there's like nobody there to cash me out and like get me to leave. No real information about what's going on. And they always forget to call in medications when I leave every single time. Super annoying. And sometimes I sit there and I get checked in and I wait and wait and wait. And it's like there's no communication. Thank you.
