This provider was great. She listened attentively to everything I said and did a thorough examination and was able to diagnose my child quickly and accurately and give me good care tips for after our visit. However, the wait time from getting checked in to actually seeing the doctor was approximately 30 minutes, which I think is too long, especially when I get there on time to check in. Thanks. Bye-bye.

Yes, first of all, I think I made a mistake. They were very good at getting me an appointment. I needed kind of like an emergency appointment and they did get me in. Dr. Megan Mahanta has been absolutely beyond exceptional. We've been trying for a very long time to get a correct diagnosis for our grandson and she's been working with us, very informative to both me and my grandson that we both understand, very willing to help. The nurses there, everyone there is exceptional. I have and will continue to recommend White Pond's facility there and she is very, very good. I'm satisfied, exceptionally satisfied.
