For me she is a very good pediatrician.
Dr. Litman was professional, kind and thorough. Making the appointment was more cumbersome: online appt was not working. I called the appt line and the person I got was not very proactive or helpful. Though I had told her I was willing to drive to any location, I still had to prompt her to look each time she said nothing was available (eg: "can you look at the Stow location, can you look at Streetsboro location"). If I hadn't been persistent, she wouldn't have found a slot and we would have ended up unnecessarily going to urgent care or ER despite open outpatient appt times being available.

Dr. (Litman), the nurse, (staff name) at the front desk, and the doctor that was studying under Dr. (Litman) this time are always wonderful and we're very thankful for their care.
Dr. Litman has a very warm, caring demeanor and listened to me and my son well.
