Meet Margaret Pfeffer, MD, FAAP
Dr. Pfeffer is a pediatrician at Akron Children’s Pediatrics, where she’s been practicing since 1992. Dr M Pfeffer is an amazing doctor! I was late to an appointment due to inclement weather issues and she stIll saw my child via Telehealth. This was done while having a full patient load. I might've had to wait until March for another appointment, but she graciously saw us and helped tremendously! Thanks Dr Pfeffer!!!
The provider that we saw today made my daughter feel very uncomfortable and she shut down immediately. My daughter normally asks a lot questions and is very talkative this provider made my daughter feel like she did not want to talk or answer any of her questions. She spoke to in a non empathetic sympathetic way as if she wasn't a kid and my daughter has made it clear that she's a provider she never wants to see again
All of them are very good. They're prompt. They give you the information that you need, especially if you ask for it. They're always polite and there's really not much I can say except I would recommend them to anybody.
The physician assistant - didn't know what she was talking about when it came to my daughter's shots. She kept looking at information incorrectly which became really annoying. The lady checking us out hated her job. Very very very rude. didn't want to give my daughter a sticker even though she heard her talking about them. Was upset that I need to reschedule an appointment and that she had to look at what shots my daughter had to get. Very rude. Couldn't even believe that someone with that much attitude would work at a doctors office with CHILDREN.
Dr. Pfeffer was very knowledgeable and she's also a great listener. I also like the way that she handled my child. She was very kind and understanding. I'd recommend her to anyone. Thank you.
Doctor Pfeffer is always very helpful. At each visit she gives us good advice on how to care for our son. She cares about his health and she is always understanding and very nice.

I liked how she treated my daughter and carefully touched her stomach, ears and mouth and was very attentive to her. Thank you very much.
Our experience there yesterday from start to finish was outstanding ! The receptionist was friendly , the first dr we saw was very thorough and the second doctor was also helpful. My son is in the mend and the stands there should be comended!
