The Doctor was nice and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed the visit.
Everyone was kind from check in to the Dr!
This provider was very direct. Good and clear for us as healthcare trained parents, but may not be as good for others who are less knowledgeable. Also, although he was kind to our daughter initially, he didn't seem able to adjust/lessen the directness of the conversation to meet her obvious outward display of anxiety and fear.
It was good
Dr.Nelson provides incredible care and the best bedside manner to my son every visit!
Dr Nelson was quick to see our challenges and identified other issues that we can now work through and get our son in better health. We are grateful we visited him and his team.
Doctor and the First Lady that took his weight was fantastic and friendly!!!
He was informative, didn't push anything big and was patient.
Overall, we feel like the doctor is a good doctor and we trust his care with our child, although we always feel like when we go to the ENT office that kind of all the providers that we've experienced doesn't seem to have a whole picture of our child's history. So it's like while we trust them, we always have to go back and remind them of like past surgeries and so forth. Even though like we did have the surgeries at a different children's hospital, they should be able to see those results in MyChart and Epic.
Dr. Nelson, the audiologist and nurse practitioner staff are are very helpful and professional. My (age) year old daughter (Patient) has Down syndrome and the staff does a wonderful job explaining everything to her is a patient way.
