The doctor was very professional and explained everything in detail to my daughter and I. She was very personable and informative and made my daughter feel comfortable.

The doctor was very attentive, listened to my questions and answered them clearly. She spoke to my son and listen to his answers I would highly recommend her.

I love the time that this doctor takes to get to know my child. She's invested in her care and it shows.

She communicates incredibly well and makes my anxious teen very comfortable.

Everybody there was very sweet and kind. They took care of my child, (Patient). They made him feel comfortable. I think they were very professional in how they handled matters. Questions I had, they definitely answered. Most importantly, they were so sweet to my child. He did not feel uncomfortable. He was a (age)-year-old in a doctor's office. Even though he wasn't getting pricked by needles, or getting his legs chopped off with a chain saw. So with that said, yeah, no problems, man. Everything was great, thank you.

This was our first appointment with Akron Children's and with Dr. M Shaughnessy. She is absolutely wonderful. She completely understood my concerns and worries about raising a toddler. She gave great advice on my daughters picky eating.

Nurse and doctor were both exceptional when my son and I both felt the absolute worst!!!

She's amazing. She knows her stuff and we'd like to see her again.

So thankful we have such a great doctor for our baby. She's wonderful! The nurse at our last visit had me hold (Patient) for her vaccines and she didn't even cry! Usually she fights me and hates laying on the table- a big thank you to the nurse.
