Louise Miller, MD

We were sch to see (staff name) at (time) since we are 2 weeks post op open heart surgery. We were carrying our son and the Nurse (staff name) went to get him a w/c. We had our own. (Staff name) then made it so we could weigh (Patient) in his w/c then took the time to weigh the chair put a wt on a chair and make sure it was charted for all future appts. We seen (Staff name) at (time) he answered all questions and ordered some test to be done before adjusting our current plan. Nurse (Staff name) spoke with Dr. Miller to see if she could see (Patient) since we were here appt was scheduled for (time). As soon as (Staff name) was done Dr. Miller seen us. Made changes to a couple of orders due to wt loss and made sure we knew what to do and when to see her if we needed to. Dr. Miller also providing school note for (Patient) going forward as we all feel at this time he needs to rest and just stay healthy before we start doing school. (Patient) is very fragile and Dr. Miller sent me a message while we were in patient to let me know she was following were we were with things. That made my mom heart happy to know his doctor would know what was all going on specially bc we were touch and go for a bit. Thankful for all staff at the Wooster location from checkin in to rearranging things to make things easier for our family today! Huge shout out to all of them! Thank you! (Family names)
