Meet Lindsey Thompson, MD, MSC
Dr. Thompson joined Akron Children’s Pediatrics in 2023. She earned her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, and completed a pediatric residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics, Madison, Wis. She’s certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Lindsey Thompson is so kind and easy to talk to. I always feel like she listens to me and makes me feel like my concerns are heard. She interacts so well with both my kids and makes all of us feel comfortable and confident in her care.
The nurse and doctor were both friendly and professional. Wait times were quick. Doctor was able to diagnose and prescribe what my daughter needed. Great experience, thank you!

Very polite and kind. Good qualities of a child doctor. Sent my boy home with pneumonia and didn't catch it.
Dr. Thompson was AMAZING. She spoke directly to my child which I really appreciated as she's at an age where I like her to have the opportunity to speak for herself. She had to look at her vulva and was clear about what was happening and getting her consent. I left the visit and immediately called my husband and told him what a lovely impression I had of Dr. Thompson. I'm very thankful we were able to get care so quickly and with such kindness. Thank you again Dr. Thompson!!
We didn't have to wait long at all from the time we got my child's vitals done to the time that the provider came into the room. She was quick but thorough in everything she did and she explained.
Dr. Thompson and her nurse were wonderful today. My child and I will definitely look to have her as my child's doctor for future appointments.
Provider was great Support staff (MAs) not so much. Those with smart mouths need not work with children.
Dr Thompson includes my daughter asking her questions not just directing them to me. This makes her feel like she is included and at ease. She is an asset to your business!
