Lauren was very attentive to our needs, asked questions to understand the history, and was very thorough in explaining what had taken place and why he has an ear infection. And she also was very helpful in what may be means to minimize or lessen future ear infections through rotating the allergy medicine he takes. Very pleased with the office visit. Thank you.

The Nurse Practitioner that cared for my son today, Lauren Archer, was truly a breath of fresh air. She was knowledgeable, empathetic, professional, and genuine. She made our experience today as pleasant as a doctor's visit can be! I left feeling confident in the care plan. I felt she listened to my concerns and took them seriously. This was our first time visiting the Barberton office and we will definitely use this office again! I was able to get a same day appointment, which is amazing! We were called back quickly and the office/medical staff were all polite. I hope the provider gets a chance to read this review and knows how much we appreciate the care she provided today. Very good with my daughter. Extremely knowledgeable. Awesome visit

I felt like I wasted my time. No one would take the time to listen to my concern and two ER trips and urgent care trip and then a doctor visit. We finally got down to the bottom of it, but it took a lot to get anybody to listen, and my daughter ended up being hospitalized.

Lauren was very kind and thorough. Never made me feel, rushed and answered all of my questions and gave me more advice - Would definitely see her again!
