He was very kind and listened to us. We chose him as her PCP based off of today.
Dr. Shah is excellent, caring and knowledgeable. As the mother of 4 grown children, I was amazed by his skills and manner. He is a huge asset to his profession. I would recommend him highly.
They got us in quickly and they listened to what we had to say. They treated my child so good she trusts them and she felt safe. I will never go to Marietta Memorial hospital again with my child again they actually terrified her. Thank you Akron Children's Hospital for such wonderful care
When making an appointment with my child's provider, she was unavailable for the day that I needed my child to be seen. So scheduling with a new provider was scary and intimidating as being a mother, I have taken my child to different providers that was not their provider for illnesses or sickness and injuries and have been shunned away because that provider did not know my child or me. So going into that appointment, I was very nervous and apprehensive regarding going to a new provider. But after I met this provider, he was very laid back and listened very carefully to my concerns.
Dr. Shah was passionate and helpful and helped my son get the care that he needed very quickly and we're very appreciative of his high level of care.
Dr. Shah was very personable & professional & genuinely interested in the patient. It was our first time meeting him & we were impressed!
After seeing a different doctor for years who never gave us direct answers, never listened or seemed to care about my son's health Dr Shah was a breath of fresh air. He listened to concerns, was quick to help us find answers and gave me hope that there are still good doctors out there. I'm so grateful I called and got my son in here.
First time meeting him. He was extremely kind and asked my daughter questions, so he was interested in hearing what she had to say. He answered all of our questions and asked if we had any questions before we left.

I was very pleased with how Dr. (Shah) listened to both myself and my daughter and he addressed her about her questions. He at (age), she likes to feel that the she feels the importance of her input and her opinions and he was very much aligned with that. I really appreciated that he made her feel very much at ease and of course with my daughter at ease, I was at ease also. Thank you.
