Meet Kristene Grayem, MSN, APRN-CNP
As the Chief Population Health Officer; Executive Director, Akron Children’s Health Collaborative, Kristene Grayem works with population health physician leaders to develop and implement the hospital’s population strategy. In addition, she develops and manages new care models, including pilot and demonstration programs with government agencies and insurance companies. She is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner and earned her BSN and MSN from the University of Akron. Kristene has worked at Akron Children’s for more than 30 years in a number of administrative roles, most recently as Vice President, Population Health Management, and Interim Director, Akron Children's Health Collaborative. She resides in Bath Township with her husband, Don, and children, Hannah and Matthew.
