Dr Shookman listen to my daughter and my concerns. She was able to help and guide us on our next steps. We really appreciate it !

I filled out the questionnaire, and the doctor did not listen to it. I had to call the office and talk to a nurse and have a message sent to her. I do not like dealing with her because she does not listen. After calling in complaining I finally got the answer that I wanted. I have had many experiences with this doctor like this where she does not listen to my concerns or prior experiences and does not listen to history. I told the nurses at the office that I will not be seeing her and I refuse anything that she says.

Wonderful doctor however have waited at least an hour the last few times to be seen once checked in and taken to room.

Dr. Shookman is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, patient and caring. Of all the doctors and specialists our daughter has seen she interacts so well with Dr. Shookman. Our daughter feels comfortable and trusting and doesn't hold back to tell her how she feels. We cannot thank Dr. Shookman enough for everything she has helped us through.

She was very kind also helpful with every question I had. My daughter is blind so she doesn't like load noises. She talked softly to her. So happy she is my daughters doctor. We used to have (staff name) that is no longer there. She was amazing so im very happy to have another amazing doctor that shows they really care. Thanku

Dr. Shookman is the best! She is always caring and takes her time with each of my kids. She allows us to ask all of our questions and even when we have to send in messages she provides timely feedback.

I want to say how much I appreciate Dr. Shookman. She is one of these doctors that when you're in front of her, you feel like you're the only person that she has as a patient. It's wonderful. She is so attentive. She's so caring. She is empathetic and she is an absolutely wonderful doctor. She does a full exam. She really looks at her children, but she also just listens to me as a parent. She hears me out and she realizes that me as a parent have very good insights on my child's health and she's always willing to take that in. She's always willing to really listen to what's happening at home and with our family in general. She also talked about my son who's also a patient. She sees my family as a cohesive unit and treats as such. I really appreciate that so much that she also does a really good job trying to remember us, little things about us.
