Yes, she was very informative, answered all of my questions, was very in-depth to answer all my questions and give me more information on my child's problems and my concerns about my child.
Dr. Martin helped us with any questions we had and explain things to us that we didn't even know about with the condition. Dr. Martin is very caring I would recommend her to anyone.
Telehealth- wished there was a way for them to notify you if you were on the correct site, and just have to wait because they are running late.
Hello, I brought my (age)-year-old nonverbal autistic son to see Dr. Martin, and she also had two residents with her. I mean, that's how they learn, right? She has permission. I granted it. And previously, it was (Staff name), but she transitioned or transferred to a different department, but she made sure to let me know that Dr. Martin would take care of my son. And it was a very nice, thorough, pleasant, professional encounter and meeting. And she laid out all the steps, and I am very thankful for her. And yeah, all good things to say. Thank you.
Dr. Martin is great! Always listens to my concerns and works hard to make sure I'm in good health.
Dr. Martin is fabulous. She does a wonderful job explaining the treatment for our son. She does a very thorough job in explaining test results and how that impacts him as well. I would highly recommend her for anyone who's seeking needs for endocrinology. Thank you.
Yes, this provider, the doctor that we saw was very helpful and very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. I was very happy with her.
Dr. Martin is fantastic. I love how thorough she is.
Dr. Martin really listened to our concerns and put us at ease. So happy with our visit!
The doctor who saw us today was personable, funny, and very informative. I love when physicians speak directly to the patient and not past them simply because they are a child. The nurse and social worker we saw were also very helpful. I have had issues with our insurance and pharmacy and the nurse immediately got working on solutions for us while the provider was with us. I had a message before I got home letting me know my son's prescription is fully covered and will be available asap. She also referred us to the food farmacy on the main level to help since we've had so many issues with our insurance and pharmacy coverage. The social worker referred us to some help as things have been difficult with our insurance and we have been struggling financially. She was very informative and helpful with applying for additional coverage.
