we really like Kelly. She always listens to us. Thanks !!
Did great job
The LPN that we see in the office is wonderful!
Everyone is always nice and very helpful!
Felt very comfortable! and they provided what I needed thank you
I was very pleased with our visit. The doctor took me seriously with my concern of my daughter, having a UTI. I was very happy. I received a phone call (dates) letting me know of the bacteria growth status.
The Dr interrupted me when I was expressing my concerns multiple times
I am very happy with the nursing and the the one that I always make an appointment with Geyer
I really like Kelly. She has been great throughout my son's appointments and is always great at answering my questions and reassuring me. The only thing that bothered me about this visit was she asked me "Have you ever thought your son was developmentally delayed?" and this upset me. I've never thought he was delayed and this caused unnecessary worry. He is hitting all his milestones just fine but just wasn't crawling by 9 months. This is not a developmental milestone anymore due to all babies crawling at different ages and some never crawling. I just thought this was insensitive.
I felt a thorough exam was not completed given my daughter's last medical history
