Dr. Cook has been amazing these past few years. Helped my daughter tremendously with solid advice, thorough exams, care instructions and anxiety reducing reassurance :)
We love Dr. Cook. She is friendly, patient, and attentive. Appointments never feel rushed, and she takes the time to listen and answer all of our questions. Follow-ups and refill requests are promptly addressed via MyChart. The office runs so efficiently. Very grateful we found Akron Children's Rheumatology in Medina!
Dr Cook took the time to explain everything to me. I had many questions that she took the time to answer thoroughly. She listened to my concerns and together we came up with the best plan for my daughter. Thankful for Dr. Cooks wisdom and compassion for every patient and their family she sees.
Everyone was friendly and awesome.
Dr. Cook was amazing!! She was insightful, personable and caring.
Dr. Cook was extremely helpful and patient while we worked through my daughter's concerns. She took her time with us. I didn't feel rushed, even though I had a lot of questions. She seemed concerned for (Patient) and wanted to help guide us in the right direction, even though we were kind of at a stopping point. She put in orders to help with physical therapy and occupational therapy to help manage some of the pain that she was having. I just was extremely impressed and just really extremely grateful for her thoughtfulness, her attention to detail, her kindness, the way that she put (Patient) at ease, and just our whole visit.
We love our doctor because she not only listens to us, but she makes sure to take everything into consideration and never pushes, but always gives advice. And we're talking about decisions that are really sink or swim for these kids, whether they relapse into disability or possibly worse. And so her insight and kindness and just knowledge is incredibly invaluable. And we appreciate her and we love going to her. So thank you.
I appreciate her listening to me, her thoroughness with my daughter and her patience with the little siblings.
The office vibe is so calm and relaxed. Never a long wait. Dr. Cook is always helpful and attentive. We never feel rushed.
Dr. Cook was very nice. She answered all of our questions. She told us what to do. The receptionist, they was real nice and polite. Everybody there was very nice. I give them all a 10+. Thank you. Have a great day.
