(Patient) very much likes her, feels comfortable with her, and she told us about a new inhaler that might be able to get (Patient) off of the albuterol inhaler in the future that we didn't know about. And so we appreciate her new information that she gave us, and (Patient) is feeling better, and we thank her for all of her information, and we like her.
Kate the NP was very informative and kind. We appreciated the time she spent with us. She made sure she answered all of our questions and did not make us feel rushed.

I have never been so impressed with a physician/facility. We are a new patient and the office really went above and beyond to see my daughter. Kate was so thorough, so nice, and so patient. Never had a physician called the same day to give any test results. Kate called us to go over results and come up with a plan of action. She answered multiple questions for me and was so kind. I am thoroughly impressed with not only her but, Akron Children's Whipple office. Thank you for being so kind and informational.
The Nurse Practitioner was very positive in her interaction with us and our baby. She listened attentively to our questions and gave helpful, proactive answers and solutions.
The visit could not have been better! The visit was thorough but timely! As always, I appreciate everyone at this facility!
