We went in for symptoms of the flu.. after we were in a room the NP came in and informed us that they were out of Flu swabs and couldn't give him a test. We had to go to the other office in town to get a flu swab only after I mentioned having this done!

Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. Our children receive excellent care every time.

Quick and efficient and we would definitely see her again.

The staff was friendly but it took such a long time in-between seeing the check in staff and the actual doctor. The doctor said they had the nasal flu vaccine, the nurse went to get it and 15 mintues later came back saying that they were out of it. My sons well-check appointment took an 1 hr and 40 minutes! Way too long of a time to wait for an appointment. It never took this long at Pediatric Consultants for a well-check appointment.

We just want to give 2 thumbs up to Dr. Kennedy. We felt like she really truly listened to our needs and we really hope to stick with her over the years as a provider. She is the 1st person of many providers that we've seen that did not pressure us to vaccinate. Our family is not completely anti-vax but we are picking and choosing the ones that we feel necessary. She respected our opinions and thoughts and did not push it. I just wanted to make sure that somebody knows how appreciative and wonderful that was to experience. We really thank her and hope to continue our appointments with her.

Every employee was excellent

I have been going to this office for many years. The last six months ever time I go in for an appointment I am waiting 20-35 minutes after our appointment time to be seen. This is an on going issue.

I think all the nurses were the best nurses that there are. The three of them that saw a chance that day. I don't remember their names. I'm not very good with names.
