Meet Julie Wei, MD, MMM, FAAP
Dr. Wei joined Akron Children’s in 2023 as the director of the division of otolaryngology. She earned her medical degree from New York Medical College, Valhalla, NY., and completed a residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery and general surgery at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine, Rochester Mn., and a pediatric otolaryngology fellowship at Children’s Memorial Hospital, Chicago, Il. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Very personable and efficient.
We found Dr. Wei, Dr. Julie Wei, after thorough research of ratings and customer experiences online. Upon our visit, we couldn't have chosen a better doctor for our son to visit the ENT. She was very thorough and very kind and would highly recommend her to anybody.
Very thorough and informative
I would not recommend this physician. She was to worried about telling me about other patients, and telling me about the humidifier and I need to irrigate my daughters nose and just a very pushy doctor

Dr. Wei is awesome! She was so patient. She listened to all of the concerns. I felt very validated because I was questioning whether I should have made the appointment. She had a wonderful bedside manner. She is a gift and we should keep her for always.
